Question #30: Favorite quotes

These are some of my favorite quotes by kpop stars. Enjoy and stay tuned for next post. ^.^ Since this is the last 30-day challenge post, it it time for a little change of plans. :P The intention of having a 30-day challenge was for you, my dear readers, to hopefully understand me as a person a little more, and see what kind of blog posts I might be making in the future. I won't be posting every day like, like I tried to do for this challenge (even though I failed at it :P). I might be posting 2 blog posts each week, hopefully the blog posts will be filled with better content, and actually make sense. :P  The reason why I started this blog was because I saw it as an opportunity to understand Korean culture and lifestyle better. I am a curious person, and put lots of effort into researching, even though it might not look that way since I am really bad at putting things into words and expressing. Hopefully I will become better at this. :

Question #29: Kpop song that makes you happy

BTS- "Crow tit/silver spoon" It is impossible to not get in a good mood after listening to this song. Every time I hear this song, I feel the urge to dance along. :P I just can not put into words how much I love this song. It is just so addicting and is such a cool song. This song has been on a million replays, I can assure you that it is true. :P  Lots of love from your very own Scratchers ^.^

Question #28: Favorite MV

GOT7 - "A" BTS - "RUN" B.A.P - "Coffee Shop" Block B - "A few years later" It was actually really hard to chose a favorite for each of them, because I love every single one of their music videos. All of them are uniq in their own way, and are all beautiully made. ^.^ I had to be really strict when choosing. Watch the videoes, and see if you agree. I would love to hear your opinion. ^.^ Lots of love from your very own Scratchers ^.^

Question #27: Kpop song that makes you cry

BTS - "Whalien 52" Since I am a curious person I always wondered what BTS's song "Whalien 52" was about, so I did some searcing and found out a pretty interesting theory. The song title "Whalien 52" has some connecting between the 52-hertz whale and the term "alien".  After actually understanding the song, with some background information, it did not take long time before tears strated streaming down my face.  The 52-hertz whale is considered the loneliest whale in the world, since its 52-hertz "call" is much higher than any other whale.  Read more about the 52-hertz whale  here  and  here Lots of love from your very own Scratchers ^.^

Question #26: Favorite kpop bromance

Markson- Mark & Jackson (Got7) Lots of love from your very own Scratchers ^.^

Question #25: Funniest scene

Okay, so the thing is that I have not seen many dramas, as you might have understood. :P Even though I have watched a few, the ones I have watched are pretty damn good. :P Haha, no but seriously. ^.^ Over to my best kdrama scene as of today! Page Turner - Ji Soo clip Actor Ji Soo plays the role of Jeong Cha Shik (main role) in the role as an athlete, but after an incident decides to learn how to play piano. Cha Shik visits an art school and befriends the talented pianist Yoo Seul. This drama has 3 episodes which runs for an hour each. I absolutely recommend this drama, it has a sweet story, and a strong message: "Follow your heart, no matter what others say". Over to my favorite scene. Ji Soo is an amazing actor, and a fluff ball of sunshine. The clip below describes his character in "Page Turner" better than words can. Make sure to check out this adorable drama. ^.^ You can find more information on the drama  here You can watch "Page Turner&qu

Question #24: Favorite kpop performance

Block B Got7 B.A.P BTS I do realize I almost only chose performances from Simply K-pop, and that may be due to me being biased. :P There is something about their stages that leave me breathless. Their special effects, the stage outfits, basically everything. ^.^  Remember that this is my opinion, I am not implying that these are the best stages, but for me they are some of the best. :P  Lots of love from your very own  Scratchers ^.^

Question #22: Cutest picture

BTS Block B Got7   B.A.P Lots of love from your very own Scratchers ^.^

Question #21: Favorite GIF

Got7 BTS B.A.P Block B Lots of love from your very own  Scratchers ^.^

Question #20: Favorite kpop song

"My House" - 2PM I change favorite songs quite frequently. :P A few days ago Got7s "Fly" was my favorite song, but today 2PMs "My House" claimed that spot. Everytime I listen to "My House" I feel the urge to dance, not that I am good at dancing. Those that know me pretty well, know that I suck at dancing, but this does not stop me from doing it though. :P Not in public of course. xD  This song does not only tempt me to dance, it is actually quite addicting too. Just by listing to this song only once, can make you humming along to it for the rest of the day. And this is probably why "My House" by 2PM is my current favorite song, it keeps my mood up when I am at my worst.  Lots of love from your very own Scratchers ^.^

Question #19: First kpop song you heard

"Hate You" - 2NE1 Okay, so this was the first kpop song I listened to. The funny thing though is that I did not even know it was  Korean . :P I think I was like 12 or something (I am really bad with dates, age etc. :p). It was my best friend who showed me this MV, and I remember thinking "Damn, this song is catchy", and so on I had it on replay for weeks. It think it at least took me a few years before I realized it was Korean, until then I just accepted it and loved every second of it. :P  There is no hiding that I was an otaku (anime nerd) back then and probably still is, so of course I found the video interesting too, since it was animated and all that stuff. :P I still listened to this song  occasionally and I probably always will. :P Lots of love from your very own  Scratchers ^.^

Question #17: Favorite kmovie

Hello guys! Time for a new blogpost. :P "A Werewolf Boy"   A werewolf boy is a heartwarming story about a wild boy found by a family of a daughter and mother, who believes he is a orphan with little social skills. The story follows the meeting between the wild boy and the girl, and their bonding afterwards.  I remember watching this movie with both joy and sadness. The wild boys story is just so heartbreaking. And I have to confess that the wolf boy is adorable. ^.^ Song Joong Ki plays the role as Chul Soo, the wolf boy, you have probably heard of him if you have watched "Descendants of the sun".   I really do recommend this movie. Even though the movie is a little over 2 hours long, it does not get boring at all. ^.^  However if you are not as into supernatural stuff like me, you might not like it.. But still the movie is pretty good, and is defiantly a movie you should watch.  I am quite picky when it comes to basically everything, movies n

Question #16: Favorite OST

I know there are tons of great OSTs out there, waiting to get discovered. But unfortunately I can't watch dramas all day long. As you might remember from a few blog posts ago (if you have read it :P) I haven't seen that many dramas yet.. So this blog post is based on those OSTs in the dramas I have watched or OSTs I have randomly listen to at some point. Remember this is my opinion, so don't get mad if you have a different opinion. After doing some thinking, I have found 2 OSTs from the drama "Descendants of the sun" that I abslolutely love. I love both songg so much that it is impossible for me to choose a favorite. So why not show both of them. :P Happy listening! ^.^ Chen (Exo) and Punch - "Everytime"  K.Will - "Say it! What are you doing/Talk love" Lots of love from your very own Scratchers ^.^

Hello again guys! ^.^ Today I will show you guys my fave kpop dance(es). I just realized that it is impossible for me to choose one favorite, so I will show you guys 2 of my top favorite kpop dances. BTS - "RUN"  I don't really know what to say... What more is there to say, besides this dance being a masterpiece? See for yourself, and you will understand why this dance is one of my favorites,  Got7 - "If You Do" One word: Footwork... Have you ever seen someone move their legs this fast? I have not. :P I remember the first time I watched this dance practice, and I thought "Holy shit, how can someone dance that good?" and "How do they manage to be so perfectly in sync?". If you know the answer, please let me know. My mind is blown. :P  Lots of love from your very own  Scratchers ^.^

Question #14: Favorite kdrama scene

Hello guys! ^.^ Long time no see, I know I suck at updating, but I am trying my best. Really, but I promise I will try harder. :P Dream High 2 - episode 4 cut (JB and Kang So Ra dance scene)  Dream High is an Korean Drama, which has 16 x 2 episodes (16 episodes in each season, Dream High has 2 seasons). New faces appear in each season, so do not get to attached to one favorite character, because he/she might not be there in the second season. Dream High is set at Kirin High School of Art where we get to meet 6 student, whose dream is to become music stars in the Korean music industry. One of my favorite clips from the drama. It is quite hard to find videos on YouTube, there are so many good scenes. Anyways enjoy this clip of JB and Kang So Ra dancing  <3 :P I just cannot seem to watch this scene without laughing.I mean this scene is adorable and stuff, but I can feel the secondhand embarrassment. :P If you want to watch more awkwardly adorable scenes, make sure

Question #13: Why I like these bands

Hello guys! Time for another question! Sorry for so many delayed answers, school is killing me... As you probably have noticed, I am a biased person and mainly (if not entirely about) my bias groups. I have said it before, and I will say it again: this is mostly a fan blog focusing on Got7, BTS, B.A.P and Block B. I find it difficult to express my thoughts into words, but here you can find my failed attempt of at least trying to explain... :P Got7 Got7 is one of my bands, because they seem so "real" on variety shows. They don't seem to fake their image, and that is exactly why I like them. All the members are funny, and of course loveable. ❤️ JB and Youngjae have beautiful voices. Jackson never fail to make me laugh. :P Yugyeom is an awesome dancer. Junior is good a acting and his voice is calming. BamBam takes such care of his fans. Marks martial arts tricking is stunning as always.  BTS BTS write most of their songs by themselves, and that deserves respec

Question #12: Favorite picture

Hello guys ^.^ I will show you my favorite pictures of my 4 precious "little" bands. ^.^ My fave picture of Got7. I don't really know why this is my favorite, I guess it has to do with the colors and basically that the picture looks badass. :P I have to admit that I have a weakness for badboys, but not those types that show of to much, who think they are so cool etc. :P This picture is from the "A" comeback.  I do love this picture of BTS. The picture is from the "RUN" comeback. The colors are pretty and makes me all warm inside. ^.^ I love their fashion choice, and it fits them so well!  My fave picture of B.A.P. This is from the "Young, Wild and Free" comeback. They look so stunning, standing there like badboys. :P  My fave picture of Block B. This is from the "Nillili Mambo" comeback. Just look at my boys thought. 😍 Stunning as always. 😘  Lots of love from your very own  Scratchers ^.^

Question #9: When I watched asian drama for the first time

Hello guys! ^.^ The thing I will answer today is when I watched asian drama for the first day. Yay <3 I think it was around 2014-ish, but do not let the number fool you. I have not watched that many dramas. :P But I have planned to watch tons of them in the future. I picture myself as the kind of mom who will sit with her kids and watch dramas together. :P The first drama I watched was "The heirs ", and I believe it is  a little bit overated. Don't get me wrong, I have watched all the episodes, because I found it interesting. It is just that it is not as great as everyone wants you to think it is. It has its ups's and down's. The main reason why I haven't watched tons of dramas, is really just me having trouble staying consentrated if I find something boring, or less interesting. I like a lot of action, and romance is not really my genre, but you will still find me watching something romance related if it has a good plot and likeable characters. I te

Please do not hate. :P Just my opinion. :) This song is so calming, that I have found myself falling asleep to it several times. Hello guys! Today I will answer which kpop artist I look up to. Meaning a kpop artist that gives me inspiration and who have taught me dozen of life lessons through songs. ^.^ Rap Monster of BTS The kpop celebrity I look up to is Rap Monster. He has so many good quotes about life, and what not. ^.^ He is one of the few guys I actually respect quite much. His song lyrics always has a deep hidden meaning that makes me question so many things. His song lyrics never fail to make me smile, cry and treasure every word. You guys have no idea how happy I am for finding such an "genius of words". I am pretty sure he is one of those guys I can thank for being able to make it possible for me to cope with school problems, and he is the reason I see a bright future. I am aware that the quality of the picture is not top-notch, but if you have the opportunity to click on the picture and zoom in, you will at last (hopefully) manage the read some of it.
